At Sunset Ridge Apparel, I am dedicated to providing a unique collection of western-inspired clothing that embodies both comfort and style. Founded in 2023 by myself, Liam, my mission is to capture the spirit of the west through high-quality apparel designed for everyday wear. Our signature pieces, such as the "Buckin' Bull Western Hoodie" and the "Boot Hoodie," are crafted with distinctive patterns and materials that reflect the rugged beauty of western culture.

I understand that clothing is not just about aesthetics; it is about functionality and comfort. My hoodies are designed with a relaxed fit, ensuring that you as a customer can enjoy both style and ease of movement. Work Station 

Sunset Ridge Apparel does not have a fixed location as a home location, with being in College, as well as an apartment at home, the shop is continuously moving between the two locations - as such, I try to ensure that your orders are taken care of no matter where I am or where my shop may be that week...

1. Agreement to Post

  • By accepting free items, payment, or other benefits from the Brand, the Influencer agrees to create and publish the agreed-upon content (the “Post”) on their designated social media platform(s).
  • The content must follow the creative guidelines and deadlines agreed upon in writing (via email, contract, or message confirmation).

2. Refusal of Items

  • Influencers may decline items before shipment without consequence.
  • Once items are accepted (delivered or picked up), the Influencer is contractually obligated to produce and publish the agreed-upon Post.

3. Ownership & Rights

  • The Brand retains the right to reuse, repost, and promote any content created by the Influencer that features the Brand’s products.
  • The Influencer will be credited where possible, but the Brand is not obligated to provide compensation for reposts.

4. Non-Performance

  • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon Post after accepting free items, payment, or other consideration may be treated as a breach of agreement.
  • The Brand reserves the right to:
    Seek reimbursement for the value of the items provided,
    Withhold any pending payments, and/or
    Pursue legal action to recover damages.

5. Transparency & Compliance

  • Influencers must comply with all relevant advertising guidelines (e.g., FTC disclosure requirements in the United States).
  • Posts must clearly disclose partnerships with the Brand (e.g., “#ad” or “sponsored by [Your Brand]”).

6. Legal Notice

By accepting free items, payment, or other consideration, the Influencer acknowledges that this policy forms part of the binding agreement between the Brand and the Influencer. The Brand reserves the right to enforce this agreement through legal means if necessary.
